LAPD sued over alleged violent traffic stop tactics

Community groups are filing a lawsuit against the LAPD for what happens they say with traffic stops. The groups, including Black Lives Matter, claim the department uses violent tactics during traffic stops they claim are unconstitutional. Robert Kovacik reports for the NBC4 News on Dec. 19, 2023.
