Lawmakers accuse NEMA officials of being inhumane

MPs on the Committee on Statutory Authorities and State Enterprises have condemned the inhumane operations of the National Environment Management Authority - NEMA in demolishing hundreds of homes in Nansana, over the last fortnight. The MPs say the residents should have been allowed time to remove their property from the houses before they were demolished.
