LAWMAKERS APPROVE LEGISLATIVE REGIME FOR DISCRETIONARY WAIVERS

The Revenue Miscellaneous Provisions Bill 2024 was passed in Parliament's Lower House on Tuesday, with the Government indicating it will provide a balance between granting discretionary waivers and protecting the tax base.
