Leaders accuse contractor of poor execution of works

Leaders and residents in Kikuube town council have accused China Railway Seventh Group, a construction company, of constructing a stormwater drainage system in the middle of another road. Hussein Bwami, The town clerk of Kikuube town council says that the drainage which was dug near Byarubanga street is affecting the town's physical plan.
