Lebanon ceasefire talks: US envoy in Tel Aviv to convey Lebanon's proposal

The US envoy who's trying to broker a ceasefire deal between Israel and Hezbollah, has arrived in Tel Aviv. Amos Hochstein said negotiations were making progress, after two days of talks in Lebanon.
