Lesufi urges president to sign the BELA Bill

Gauteng Premier, Panyaza Lesufi, has asked President Cyril Ramaphosa, to sign the bill into law now and debate later. The DA remains opposed to the bill and wants Ramaphosa not to sign it but to send the legislation back to parliament.
