Liberal MP weighs in on Australia Day debate, urging Australians to be proud

As the country marks the beginning of a new year, the debate over Australia Day celebrations has once again resurfaced. Liberal MP Andrew Wallace joined Sky News host Danica De Giorgio to discuss the ongoing debate about celebrating January 26 as Australia Day. Mr Wallace claimed many Australians are tired of the divisive discussions and want to move on from the "woke nonsense" that has been dominating the conversation. “We're the 12th largest economy in the world. And we're a very small population, 27 million people. And we box well above our weight in so many areas, in sport, in the economy, in industry. We're a great country and we should be very, very proud of what we have managed to build,” Mr Wallace said.
