Liberal National Party ‘have not’ thought nuclear energy through: Chris Bowen

Energy and Climate Change Minister Chris Bowen has slammed the Liberal National Party saying they have “not thought” nuclear energy in Australia through. “China’s nuclear investment is a tiny fraction of their renewable investment,” Mr Bowen told Sky News Australia. “It’s a tiny fraction, as it is anywhere in the world, as it would be in Australia under the Liberal Party’s plans. “They want to spend hundreds of billions of dollars of taxpayers' money … and it would provide four per cent of Australia’s energy needs. “They have not thought this through.”
