Light and patchy rain to cover New South Wales

Light and patchy precipitation has stretched from northwestern NSW to the Hunter Region, including thunderstorm activity north of Newcastle early Tuesday morning. Sky News Weather Meteorologist Alison Osborne said rainfall totals have been “light to moderate”. Many suburbs in Sydney have seen between 10 to 15 millimetres of rain.
