LIVE: Luigi Mangione in Court — Preliminary Hearing

Luigi Mangione, the man accused of shooting and killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, is expected to be in court Wednesday morning for his preliminary hearing. This hearing is related to the charges he faces in Pennsylvania when he was captured at an McDonald’s in Altoona. Mangione was found with a ghost gun and a fake ID that allegedly matched the one he used at a New York City hostel prior to the shooting. The 26-year-old could be extradited to New York to face his murder charges after the Pennsylvania hearing.
