Livelihood transformation - Members of parliament urged to invest more in mindset change

The Bishop of Kabale Diocese, Rt. Rev. Callistus Rubaramira, has urged members of parliament to invest more in mindset change, especially on the rural population in order to transform their livelihood. The Bishop was leading mass at parliament, where members of parliament also contributed towards growth of the new Saint Ignatius University in Kabale, by constructing a new Library.
