Lives continue to affected by Tobago oil spill

While containment and clean-up efforts continue in Tobago, a fisherman in Lambeau is devastated after losing his vessel and equipment in the spill. But there are others, who despite having their income affected, are trying to remain undaunted by the February 7th disaster. Elizabeth Gonzales brings us this report.
