Local Association Raising Awareness Of Alzheimer’s And Dementia…Calls For More Support

As September marks World Alzheimer's Month, the Saint Lucia Alzheimer & Dementia Association highlights the growing prevalence of dementia and Alzheimer’s on the island. To address this urgent issue, the association will host a workshop on Saturday, September 28, covering essential topics like the differences between dementia and Alzheimer’s and their stages. They are also seeking volunteers to support these critical awareness and education initiatives.
