Local developer bidding for LA's ‘Graffiti Towers'

There may be hope for downtown LA's infamous graffiti towers after a local bidder expressed interest. The local developer, who has not been identified, bid $500 million. If purchased, an additional $800 million would be needed to finish the project. The towers were meant to house a hotel, condos, apartments and retail space.
