New data released shows violent crimes across the board are up in the city of Long Beach as response times by officers to some 911 calls are taking as long as 50 minutes to answer, due to shortage in staff. Mekahlo Medina reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Aug. 23, 2024.
