Long Island man scammed out of $25,000 by site impersonating real business

A Long Island man thought he was buying a rare classic car online, but he says he ended up sending $25,000 to a scammer impersonating a real business. The real business owner says he reported the imposter website to federal law enforcement weeks ago, so why is the listing still up?
