Los Angeles wildfires death toll rises to 24

The death toll from the wildfires in Los Angeles has risen to 24 as elevated wind conditions threaten to worsen the fires. More than 105,000 residents are under evacuation orders, with more than 1,300 fire engines and 84 aircraft deployed to contain the fires. 14,000 personnel have been sent, including firefighters from Mexico and Canada.
