LSK faults certified advocates for enabling quacks in the sector

Unscrupulous advocates have been put on the spot for creating an enabling environment for quacks to thrive. According to the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) enabling quacks is professional misconduct, and will be dealt with firmly. LSK says it has active cases against 7 advocates involved in the vice. On Friday, Okoth Nahashon Mboya, Franklin Bosire and juveniles ono were arrested in Nakuru while masquerading as lawyers without professional documents.
