Lubowa hospital construction - President Museveni appoints Eng. Dr. Badru Kiggundu as overseer

President Museveni has appointed Eng. Dr. Badru Kiggundu to lead the committee overseeing the construction of Lubowa Hospital, as announced by Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Thomas Tayebwa, during a book launch titled "Stepping into the Unknown" by Dr. Eng. Badru Kigundu at Kabojja International School in Buziga.
