Mityana South Member of Parliament Richard Lumu has addressed concerns that his proposed Parliament Administrative Bill targets the opposition leadership. In a press conference at Parliament, Lumu explained that his Administration of Parliament Bill 2024 aims to streamline the administration of the House for both the opposition and the ruling party.
