Mabe steps aside from ANC duties amid corruption case

The ANC's Pule Mabe has written to the party, saying he is stepping aside from all ANC duties. That's after he pleaded his innocence at the Palm Ridge Magistrate's court on Wednesday. He turned himself in to the Hawks’ Serious Commercial Crime Investigation unit in Gauteng earlier. Mabe and six others are facing corruption charges over a 27-million-rand tender in 2017.
