Major food manufacturer HS Fresh Food enters administration

Food manufacturing business HS Fresh Food is going into administration, putting at least 500 jobs at risk. The Tasmania-based company specialises in ready-made deli and salad meals which are sold in major supermarkets in five states. It is responsible for well-known brands such as Houston's Farm and Sunfresh. Administrators will explore restructuring and selling options in a bid to save the company.
