Makerere University to begin construction of school of graduate studies and research

Makerere University, with support from Tororo Cement Group, is set to begin the construction of a new building for the School of Graduate Studies and Research, estimated to cost 8 million USD. The Minister for Education and Sports, Janet Museveni, has expressed confidence that as Makerere rebuilds physically, it is also reshaping the character of young people, leading to the spiritual restoration of the institution.
