‘Making sure every child has fighting a chance’

During the BLP Christ Church East branch meeting Minister of Education, Technological and Vocational Training, Kay McConney, also provided an update on plans for an overhaul of the education system. According to her, a proposal to make it mandatory for children as young as three to attend school is among the measures being considered. Currently, the mandatory age is five to 16.
