Malaysian PM Anwar says Najib’s house arrest at “discretion” of the king

Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim says the country's king will have the final say on whether former leader Najib Razak can serve his remaining sentence at home. He made those comments in parliament, while lawmakers debated the existence of an alleged royal addendum that could allow Najib to spend his remaining prison time under house arrest.
