Malibu wildfire: 1.6K hectares burned, winds coming "like a blowtorch"

The Franklin wildfire in Malibu, Calif. has rapidly grown out of control in just a couple days. It’s burned at least 1,600 hectares, including several homes. More than 18,000 people in the region are under evacuation orders or warnings.
