Malindi MP and rights groups demand arrest of South African man for defiling minors

Speaking at Sir Ali Bin Salim during the launch of rehabilitation of classrooms within Malindi town Mnyazi said she had a meeting with the parents whose children were defiled and they informed her that they were approached by neighbours who told them that a foreigner was helping young children.
