Malls welcoming new tenants with novel concepts to draw younger shoppers

New retail tenants in malls are coming up with novel ideas to attract crowds, especially younger shoppers. Landlords such as CapitaLand and Frasers Property said they have welcomed more than 100 new brands each in the past year, with many offering specialty concepts. These include Korean-style colour analysis and specialty products from China. Nasyrah Rohim reports.
