Man in custody after 2 people killed at Kingston safe consumption site

The controversy surrounding safe injections sites are back in the headlines on Friday, after a deadly attack in Kingston, Ont. Two people were killed and another critically wounded on Thursday morning near a supervised consumption site, and one person has been taken in custody.
