‘Man of the hour’: David Crisafulli came across as ‘determined’ during debate

Former Queensland premier Campbell Newman says Queensland opposition leader David Crisafulli came across as “laser-focused” and “determined” during his debate with Premier Steven Miles. “Talking to some of the media in this town, they were frustrated that Crisafulli was to their mind evading their question,” Mr Newman told Sky News host Steve Price. “It’s not about that, it’s about how he looked, how he sounded and the answers that he actually did give. “Crisafulli came across as laser-focused, determined, upbeat … the man of the hour.”
