Man saves boy from 3rd-storey HDB ledge in Canberra Road

A 25-year-old woman is assisting with police investigations into a case of negligence after a child was rescued from a third-storey ledge of an HDB flat in Canberra Road. The video, which went viral on Oct 20, shows the 3-year-old boy standing outside a residential unit, while onlookers below held out a blanket to catch him if he fell.
