Manila fire: Dozens of homes engulfed by flames in Philippines community

A large fire razed dozens of homes in downtown Manila, Philippines, on Sunday, leaving hundreds of residents without houses. The fire started in the morning along a shanty community in a port area and was put out eight hours later. Authorities have yet to discover the cause of the fire, though officials point to faulty electrical wiring as a common cause of house fires.
