Members of the public got another day to pay their respects to former Prime Minister Basdeo Panday today. In South Trinidad, many could be seen making their way to the Southern Academy for the Performing Arts (SAPA) to sign the condolence book and catch a glimpse of the “Silver Fox,” as he was affectionately called, as he lay in honour.
