The individuals Mary Grace Piattos, Milky Secuya, Kokoy Villamin, and Alice Crecencio, whose names came to attention during the House of Representatives' final probe on the OVP and DepEd budget utilization under Vice President Sara Duterte, do not exist, according to the Philippine Statistics Authority.  These four were included among the names in the acknowledgement receipts submitted by the OVP. There were a total of 405 out of 677 individuals who did not have any records.
