Mass power outage in Sydney’s CBD

Several businesses are without power in Sydney after reports of a flooding at a substation early this morning causing widespread outages in Wynyard and Barangaroo. Some traffic lights are also not operating. It's understood a thousand businesses were initially impacted but that has been reduced to around 100.
