MASSIVE TRAFFIC JAM: I-96 closed in Michigan by downed power line

All lanes of both east and westbound I-96 were closed between Milford and Wixom roads due to a wire across the freeway Friday morning. The closure was first reported at 7:10 a.m. An hour later, it was flaming and burning the grass along the freeway. As of 10:50 a.m., the freeway is still closed, and traffic is backed up for miles.
