Lifeguards, construction workers and others who work outdoors are being warned of the dangers of prolonged heat exposure and urged to stay hydrated. Veteran medical practitioner, Dr James Knight outlined the stark heat warning, as he hosted a special workshop with some of the most at-risk groups at the Multi-Purpose Centre on Tuesday.
