Meet the crystal-clear ice cube artisans in Vancouver's bartending scene | CBC Creator Network

After working as a bartender for over 20 years, Jason Browne was inspired by the high end ice delivery services in Japan and other thriving cocktail scenes around the world. He started Kodama Ice Co. in hopes of taking Vancouver’s cocktail scene to the next level. Clean sharp edges, perfect shape, and absolute clarity are all factors in creating a perfect ice cube. Clear ice melts slower so it doesn’t dilute your drink, it also looks visually stunning when it disappears behind the liquid in your glass.
