Meet Uganda’s only female regional police commander

September 7th is the International Day of Police Cooperation, recognizing the essential work of the global law enforcement community. Out of 40,000 officers in the Uganda Police Force, about 10,000 are women. Currently, Damalie Nachuha is the only female Regional Police Commander in the country.
