MENGO PRIMARY HOMECOMING - ALUMNI LAUNCH ANNUAL FUNDRAISING TO SUPPORT SCHOOL'S DEVELOPMENT

Over the weekend, the Interim committee of the alumni of Mengo Primary School held a homecoming celebration event at the school grounds, with the aim of making their primary school a better place for the current and future generations. The day was graced by the visit of the Rev Canon Abraham Kisaakye who was given a tour to observe the progress made at the Primary school. Other guests included Mrs.Geraldine Rita Nsubuga who sat in the class of 1951 Besides the fundraising drive that will be on the calendar annually, one of the other initiatives is re-greening of the school which helps for a better learning environment and preserving environmental conservation.
