The Year of the Loong Dragon is just around the corner as February 10 will mark the turn of the Lunar New Year – China’s most important annual celebration. It’s a tradition that is growing in importance around the world, not least in Mexico, where residents are learning about the tradition with the help of diplomats from both countries.
