Mexico ranked one of the most dangerous places in the world

A new report has identified Mexico as one of the most violent places in the world. Unlike other some countries identified in the ACLED report, violence in Mexico is shaped by organised crime and internal political conflicts. The report claims the country could face heightened violence in the year ahead.
