Micro-business owners struggle to keep up with digital literacy

The ongoing digital literacy and skilling campaign has now been taken to Luweero district, supported by the Uganda Communications Commission and the Federation of Small and Medium Enterprises federation, whose chief executive says low digital literacy levels are still holding back the majority of small businesses, adding that this trend is not helping efforts to ensure all businesses access services such as taxation online.
