Incoming US President Donald Trump has vowed to make immediate and sweeping changes on day one of his presidency, including initiating the largest mass deportation in American history. While details of the plan remain scant, he has signalled he would mobilise the US military to carry out the expulsions when he takes office on Jan 20, leaving migrant communities on edge.
