MINISTER BALAAM COMMENDS PRESIDENT MUSEVENI FOR TURNING YOUTH INTO JOB CREATORS

Minister for Youth and Children Affairs Hon Balam Barugahara has rallied youth to make use of the available government programs to become job creators. He says, all government programs are designed to help all Ugandans join the money economy which is part of the NRM’s transformational agenda. Minister Balam was at Mengo Zonal Industrial skilling hub graduation ceremony in Bugerere Nazigo, Kayunga district.
