MINISTER BALAAM PLANS TO VISIT PRISONS

The state minister in charge of Youth and children affairs Balaam Barugahara has revealed plans to pay a courtesy call to all prison and detention centres across the country not only to assess the leaving standards but rather carry on patriotism lessons to inmates  Balaam has this Tuesday morning been having an open public interaction at his office where most of the concern are inline with the call to have political prisoners pardoned
