Minister Confirms Mass Resignations At Hospital

The Health Minister has confirmed that the recent resignations of several doctors including specialists at the Owen King EU Hospital are linked to the issues at the health facility, many of which were detailed in a letter from the Medical and Dental Association to the hospital ‘s Board. That letter called for urgent action to address doctor’s complaints. Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre recently downplayed the resignations saying they were neither new nor uncommon.
