Minister Dr. Muyingo directs district leaders to take disciplinary action against contractors

State Minister for Higher Education, Dr. John Chrysostom Muyingo, has urged district leaders to take ownership of government projects and to enforce disciplinary measures against contractors who fail to meet contractual obligations. Minister Muyingo was on a familiarization tour of various government education projects in Lyantonde District where he encouraged local leadership and communities to actively monitor government programs.
