Minister Kabanda warns Boda Boda riders over grass, flowers, and grazing in the city

This morning Plascon Company provided 600 litters of Road Marking Paint to help in reconstruction and beautifying of the Kampala City at city hall the Ministers of Kampala, Hajjati Minsa Kabanda and Hon. Kyoffatogabye Kabuye, together with the executive director and her Deputy received these items in order to complete the reconstruction, beautifying and maintenance of the city. The Minister of Kampala and metropolitan affairs, Hajjati Minsa Kabanda, warned Ugandans including Boda Boda riders who ride in flowers, and these who also raising livestock in the city that their will be arrested immediately and confiscate their livestock.
