Minister sounds alarm over elderly neglect

Minister of People Empowerment and Elder Affairs, Kirk Humphrey, is concerned about the prevalence of neglect being faced by elderly people. He sounded the alarm during a BLP branch meeting in the City, as he spoke about plans to bring legislation to protect the elderly. The Minister's comments are based on experiences shared by home helpers who pay weekly visits to elderly people.
